It’s time to start your actual training. As promised in my previous post, this article will cover week one of your sissy journey. The goal here is to nourish and prepare your skin and hair for sissy makeup. Women spend time every morning and every evening taking care of their skin, and it’s not rare for us to use half a dozen products every day. Correct skin care is necessary in order for makeup to look good. You don’t want to put foundation on dry, irritated, and unclean skin. It’s not going to be a good look, even if you own top-notch products.

We’re not going to jump into the deep waters right away. By the end of week one, I want you to be able to do light, daily makeup. I want you to be able to discreetly accentuate your features, to make yourself look softer, cuter, and more feminine. We’re not going to go over the top. There will be time for a dramatic makeover, but further down the line. You need to master the basics first.

Now, I will do my best to advise you on skin care. I can share tips on what works with my submissives and give you certain foundation guidelines that will work for almost everyone. However, I am not a cosmetologist. Every skin is unique and has its unique needs and problems. You will have to read, learn and observe. A lot. If you really strive to achieve perfection, small details matter. Here you can have your makeup list or skincare regimen prepared by me. They have all the relevant resources you might need.

Prepare your skin for sissy makeup

In your first week, you will start with your daily routine. This will not only make your skin and hair smooth and soft but also put you in the right mindset. You devote 45 minutes a day to making yourself pretty. Get all necessary equipment beforehand. If you don’t live on your own and don’t have enough privacy, you’ll need to plan for that. Perhaps you’ll need to get up before everyone else and lock yourself in the bathroom? Or say that you want to read more, and your favorite way to do it is in the bath? Be creative. You know your life best.

The three basic skincare routine steps are cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection. Each morning, for seven days, you will:

  • wash with a cleanser
  • moisturize
  • apply sunscreen

For this, I use the following products for years with good results. I aim for good quality, fewer ingredients, and being delicate for my skin, so those should not hurt you: CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, and Eucerin Sensitive Protect. Starting this routine will not magically turn your skin into silk, but after a few days, you should see a noticeable difference in how your skin feels. In future posts, I will address specific issues: acne, irritation, dryness, and others.

Sissy’s self-care evening ritual

Most people, me included, don’t have all the time in the world in the morning. That’s why you should leave most of your sissy preparation for the evening. It’s also going to be your time to relax, unwind, and focus on yourself. You don’t have to do it every day, but every other day or every third day, based on your availability. However, make sure you found time for this on your sixth day – because it’s going to really make a difference to your skin.

  • Start with taking a bath, if you have a bathtub, otherwise a long, hot shower.
  • Shave your body. Use a good razor, that’s not going to irritate your skin.
  • After you shave, use a peeling for your body. Don’t buy a product for that. Use fresh coffee grounds with coconut oil. It has a beautiful scent and your skin will be as soft as it can. You won’t find anything better in the stores. Peeling after shaving will help you eliminate ingrown hair.
  • Wash off everything and apply unscented body moisturizer. It’s crucial after shaving if you want to avoid irritation. Don’t use men’s aftershave balm. Use medical cream for people with sensitive skin. You can get away with cheap moisture for your body on a daily basis, especially if you want to try different scents, but steer clear of that immediately after shaving. You’ll thank me later.
  • Soak your hands and feet in feet salt for 10 minutes.
  • Remove all the dead skin with a foot file.
  • Trim your nails & toenails
  • Apply cuticle oil and push your cuticles back with a cuticle tool.
  • Apply rich moisturizer
  • Blowdry your hair

After you are ready with everything, take care of yourself! Light up some candles and relax with your favorite movie, with healthy snacks that will make your skin radiant.

Day 7: first sissy makeup

If you followed my advice thoroughly, you probably already feel a huge difference. Your skin is taken care of and ready for makeup products, while your mind is shifting to being more relaxed, soft, confident, and feminine. It’s finally time for real makeup exercise. I want you to use products that are first of all easy to apply. No lip pencils and eyeliners. This is not equipment for beginners. I, myself, remember my first try with liquid eyeliner when I was a girl. It took months to learn to do it properly.

Your task is to research products that will suit you best. Feel free to drop me a message if you need help or want me to review your choice. Don’t simply go to a drugstore and buy something that says “foundation”. Or god forbid, don’t get it off amazon without proper research, where you can’t even try the product. Take your time, because nobody said that learning how to apply sissy makeup will be easy.

  1. Before applying any makeup, moisture your skin with the cream you use every morning. Give your skin 5 minutes to absorb it.
  2. Get a BB cream or tinted moisture with SPF protection. Get a few samples from your local drugstore before making a purchase to make sure you get the right shade. Experiment with applying it in a way that looks most natural.
  3. My favorite part: apply blush to your cheeks! It’ll make you look healthy, awake, and radiant.
  4. Apply nude or pale-pink eyeshadow to your eyelids. Add a tiny bit of sparkly, light highlight on the inner corners and middle part. Make sure it’s a tiny bit!
  5. Apply mascara. Make sure to distribute it evenly and smoothly. To achieve a natural, balanced look use a dark brown color instead of black.
  6. Apply transparent lip gloss.

That’s it! Don’t be discouraged if your sissy makeup is not perfect for the first time. Before you’ll move to more difficult techniques, you should apply this makeup every day for at least a week.
